Fluxus Intermedia Paintings
The first works exhibited on this page are mixed media/Intermedia works that combine text, collage, acrylic paint, and digital images on gallery stretched canvas. They are made with a dedication to Fluxus sensibilities. In keeping with this sensibility, these works are only 6 inches by 6 inches. They are on gallery quality 1.5 inch stretchers with finished edges so no frame is required. The Fluxus artistic philosophy can be expressed as a synthesis of four key factors:
